Design Services

Professional structural design is our focus for a diversified field of clients.

Our client base ranges from City, County and State agencies to architects and contractors. We address the needs of manufacturers and installers of building systems. Storage facilities for State entities is a major area of our professional engineering structural design.

Scope of Work

Meeting specified meeting deadlines and budgets, we provide design services beginning with feasibility studies through preliminary and final design and continue with construction administration.

RWC has designed structural systems ranging from beams and columns to domes and cables. Each structure is investigated for specific load conditions and durability, whether it be concrete, wood framing or steel structural systems.

Engineering Staff

Thomas Fast, Vice President, with 46 years of experience with Richard Weingardt Consultants, Tom is responsible for projects including working drawings and specifications, contract services, structural and architectural evaluations and reports, and field observations of construction. Specialized Expertise: commercial, schools, retail and storage facilities.

Darren Fox, P.E. Sr. Project Engineer with 30 years of experience with Richard Weingardt Consultants, Darren is responsible for projects including structural design, preparation of working drawings and specifications, structural evaluation reports, field observations and construction administration. Specialized Expertise: Retail commercial, industrial, and airport remodel.
